Frame is in excellent condition. It holds an 8x10 photo or “document” (certificate, license, etc.) in either horizontal or vertical position. Has hanging tabs for either position. The total measurement of the frame is just over 9” by 11 ¾”. The plastic frame is black and measures about 5/8” wide and about ½” deep (from front to back). Has a pretty simple decorative edge.
